 Jonathan appraises the contents of an estate and then uses various estate liquidation techniques to sell those items for their current fair market value or above. Generally, one of our goals is to setup a professional, indoor estate sale at the estates location, complete with breakdown tables and hired help. The other part of our business is Online sales. We easily appraise and sell, in demand items, one can ship easily, such as coins, jewelry, watches, antiques, collectibles, gold, silver, vintage items etc. Some of the venues we use are Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, Heritage, Stack's & Bowers and other auction houses. Sotheby's & Christies are useful for very high value items worth over $10,000. They key is item appraisal and where and how to sell properly. Jonathan has mastered the techniques over many decades of experience and education.
